Drinking plenty of water is very important as it helps keep a steady body temperature and keeps the body clean. Regular exercise makes the body stronger and keeps it young and flexible. To stay healthy, you also need getting enough sleep. In most cases, “enough” means between 8 and 12 hours each night. You should also try to be safe. It is foolish to take unnecessary risks. Being friendly, polite, and nice to people can also mean you are in good health. You can buy potatoes in any shop or order them in any café.
